In your day-to-day job, you will

Participate in the planning process for new features and projects while collaborating with an agile, multi-disciplinary team including product managers and UI engineers and synthesize the various input to develop a consistent user experience.

About you

2+ years of UX experience as a user experience designer, UX researcher, interaction designer, information architect, product designer, design manager or similar role
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience as a user experience designer.
Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, focus groups, usability tests, personas, A/B testing)
Experience in delivering wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications and final assets.
Proficient in various interactive prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Flinto or Framer.
A portfolio showcasing UX/UI and visual design work with a strong design sensibility and articulate storytelling.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Current with the latest UX and UI trends, techniques, and technologies

What we offer

Apart from embarking on an exciting journey to disrupt the traditional manufacturing industry with tech and data-oriented solutions, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, and flexible working hours. Although we are still early stage, we are always seeking ways to invest in the long-term health, wellness, and continued education of our employees.
You can work remotely, or in one of our offices in Chile, Mexico or Miami.
