Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Industry 4.0 Deployment Engineer to join our Industry 4.0 team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying advanced technologies across a wide range of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes. You will lead the digitalization and performance monitoring of production lines through the implementation of hardware solutions, data analysis, and process evaluation. This position reports directly to the Industry 4.0 Solutions Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Visit manufacturing plants to analyze processes and inspect the technical operation of industrial machinery
Lead and carry out IoT hardware installations on electrical panels, machines, and production lines
Analyze data from industrial IoT sensors to ensure proper real-time monitoring
Configure and document hardware installations across different platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Pulsar to continuously improve installation and measurement processes
Requirements
3+ years of technical experience in industrial plant roles
Hands-on experience with manufacturing machines, production lines, or industrial processes
Strong understanding of industrial machinery
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering
Comfortable with periodic travel for fieldwork and installations
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and sensor data analysis
Experience in digitalizing industrial processes and implementing sensors
Knowledge of microcontroller-based measurements and wireless data transmission
Certification in electrical panel handling
