Job Overview

Pulsar is hiring its first Account Executive in the US to help lead our expansion. We're an industrial automation startup spun out of Stanford, with strong traction in Mexico and now scaling into the US with top-tier backing.
You’ll work directly with the founders to drive new business, owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy and build the US commercial function from the ground up. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable engaging with manufacturing leaders on both technical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing
Identify and win new manufacturing customers across the US
Tailor business proposals to each factory or plant’s specific operational needs
Collaborate with the founders to refine messaging
Coordinate with Customer Success and Engineering to ensure smooth post-sale implementation
Track pipeline and activity in the CRM and represent Pulsar at key industry events

Requirements

3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, industrial tech, or manufacturing
Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
Comfortable navigating complex sales with operations, engineering, and plant leadership
Resourceful and hands-on—ready to build processes, not just follow them
Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
