Role Description
We are seeking a technically oriented Product Manager to lead product discovery, prioritization, and execution for our industrial automation and software platform. This role works directly on the product roadmap with the CEO and CTO, and owns product execution end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to translate business requirements and technical constraints into clear, actionable specifications. The Product Manager will drive feature development from concept through deployment, ensure alignment with customer needs, and maintain a strong feedback loop with manufacturing clients. This position requires comfort navigating complex technical details, structuring ambiguity, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
4–5 years of professional experience post-college
Minimum 2–3 years of Product Management experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment
Proven ability to define product requirements, build PRDs, and manage agile development cycles
Strong technical aptitude and ability to work closely with engineers on APIs, data models, integrations, and system architecture tradeoffs
Experience conducting customer discovery, translating insights into product decisions, and managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication, structured thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to “vibe-code” and rapidly prototype using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT API, Replit), with a self-learner mindset and genuine enthusiasm for leveraging emerging AI technologies to accelerate product development
Proficient / Fluent english
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in industrial automation, IoT, manufacturing analytics, or B2B SaaS for operational environments
Background working with hardware-software integrated products
Familiarity with OEE, machine monitoring, plant-floor workflows, or similar operational processes
Experience with data visualization tools, dashboards, and metrics design
Prior work with international, distributed technical teams
Location: Ideally based in Chile, open to US and other LATAM countries
