Build beautiful, useful design that helps destinations become accessible for all.

We usually respond within a day

Mission

Create a template-driven visual system that improves clarity and consistency across Accessibility Verified, LinkedIn, Email, and key B2B decks.
Use AI tools for fast exploration and apply strong human design judgment to deliver polished, high-quality outputs.

Internship Objectives (6 months)

  • Create and maintain brand-aligned visual assets across B2B communication channels

  • Improve visual consistency of presentations and sales materials through templates and lightweight guidelines

  • Support growth initiatives with fast, high-quality design output built on repeatable systems

Weekly Cadence & Expected Output

  • LinkedIn: 1–2 carousels or infographics per week

  • Email: 1 template improvement per week or 2 modular components (proof, CTA, quote, case study blocks)

  • Accessibility Verified Hub: 1 visual improvement per week (diagram, layout, scan-ability upgrade)

  • Decks: Baseline template system delivered by end of month 1, then maintained and iterated

Project Work Breakdown

Social / LinkedIn Design

  • Audit current visuals and define a LinkedIn template system (covers, post templates, carousel styles)

  • Produce weekly LinkedIn assets aligned with the Content Intern calendar

Email Marketing Design

  • Review and redesign B2B newsletter and tactical email templates

  • Build reusable modules (header, proof, CTA, quote, case study blocks)

  • Implement templates in the HubSpot email builder

Accessibility Verified Hub Visuals

  • Improve clarity, hierarchy, and scannability

  • Create reusable “proof visuals” for use across hub, email, and LinkedIn

Presentations & Sales Assets

  • Audit key decks and propose a template system

  • Deliver templates for sales decks, marketing updates, and partner one-pagers

  • Maintain lightweight formatting guidelines

AI-Native Workflow

  • Use Gamma and Lovable for rapid layout exploration

  • Build final components and templates in Figma (source of truth)

  • Deliver production-ready assets for web, HubSpot, and LinkedIn

Tools & Platforms

  • Figma (components and templates)

  • Gamma, Lovable (rapid drafts and variations)

  • Jitter (optional light motion for social assets)

  • Notion (requests queue, asset library, iteration log)

  • HubSpot (email template builder)

Quality Bar (Must Pass Before Publishing)

  • Mobile-first readability and hierarchy

  • Consistent palette, typography, spacing, and layout system

  • One clear message and one clear CTA per asset

  • Looks human-made and premium, never generic AI output

What You Will Not Do

  • Redefine core brand identity

  • Introduce a new illustration style or visual language without approval

  • Own pipeline or revenue targets

Expected Mindset

  • Fast execution with a high bar for clarity and consistency

  • Template-first thinking: build once, reuse many times

  • Iterative improvement and proactive collaboration with marketing and sales

Expected Outcomes

By the end of the internship, you will have created a practical mini brand system: templates, layouts, and visual patterns that make B2B content faster to ship and more consistent.

You’ll leave with a portfolio of shipped work—LinkedIn carousels, email layouts, landing sections, and proof blocks used in real campaigns and sales materials.

You’ll be able to translate abstract briefs like “make this easier for a busy DMO executive” into clear, on-brand visual assets with minimal back-and-forth, fully fluent in our AI-native, iterative model.
